ドラムスやその他の楽器が聞ける曲もあるが、クレジット不明。ジェドは有名な作曲家ジェリー・リーバーの息子。ジェフとジェドは映画のサウンドトラック 『Honeymoon In Vegas』で、ジェリー・リーバー作曲、エルビス・プレスリーの大ヒット曲「Hound Dog」をプレイしている。
Some other instruments are heard, but not credited. Jed is a son of Jelly Leiber, a famous composer. Jeff and Jed played Jelly's "Hound Dog" on the "Honeymoon In Vegas" soundtrack.

以前のユニットにベーシストが参加。サンタナとジョイント・ツアーを行う。このツアーでジェフは「Hurricane」という新曲をプレイしていた。これは 『Who Else!』に収められている「Angel (Footsteps) 」の原型でもある。また毎日交互にふたつのバンドが演奏順番を交換した。ある日、ジェフが最初にプレイすると、次の日にはサンタナが最初にプレイした。ジェフのバンドが後半にプレイする日には、サンタナのボーカリスト、トニー・リンゼイがジェフのバンドに加わり、「People Get Ready」を歌った。
Pino Paladino joined. Toured America with Santana. Jeff played a new song called "Hurricane". Jeff's band and Santana exchanges the order of the appearances day by day. One day Jeff plays first, then Santana plays first next day. When Jeff appears on the earlier show, Tony Lindsay, a singer of Santana, joins Jeff's and sings "People Get Ready".

7月と8月にヨーロッパ、10月に南アメリカを回る。この時点ですでに次作に収録されることになる新曲をステージでプレイしている。ジェニファーはかつて、マイケル・ジャクソンのツアー・バンドに参加していた。1993年頃、ジェニファーが自分の作品をジェフに聴かせたいとコンタクトをとったところから誕生した組み合わせ。
July and August in Europe and October in South America. He already played new materials that was later released on "Who Else!". Jennifer once played for Michael Jackson's Band. Around 1993, Jennifer sent her album to Jeff, then they became close friends.

The same band that toured a year before. Tony Hymas didn't wanted to tour for months, so this band has no keyboard player. Instead, Jennifer plays piano parts with MIDI guitar. Started touring America in March, went to Japan in May. Re-toured America in August.
